Ramona Saeedi is a compassionate psychotherapist specializing in working with adults who have experienced childhood trauma. She is deeply fascinated by the profound "rupture" caused by traumatic experiences, which often manifests in the unconscious, body, and core beliefs of survivors. Recognizing that trauma is one of the most misunderstood and untreated causes of human suffering, Ramona approaches healing as a process of reconnecting with the authentic self, reprocessing trauma’s meaning, and achieving wholeness. She understands that trauma responses exist on a spectrum, from brief stress reactions to complex symptoms resulting from prolonged, repeated abuse, and works to address the unique challenges faced by each individual. Ramona holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Spiru Haret University Bucharest, graduating in 2011. She is licensed in Ontario (#10160) and is a member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario, the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association, and the Ontario Society of Registered Psychotherapists. Ramona is dedicated to providing a safe and nurturing space where survivors can heal and reclaim their sense of self.
