Zahra, the founder and CEO of Will2Well, is a Master Certified Life Coach, Body Transformation Specialist, Certified Personal Trainer, and Group Fitness Instructor with a diploma in fitness and health from Centennial College. Her approach focuses on education, motivation, and empowering clients with the tools and mindset needed to unlock their full potential. Shireen Karyn Ali

With her West Indian heritage, Shireen grew up immersed in a rich tapestry of cultural traditions, which sparked her early passion for the performing arts. Dance quickly became her medium for cross-cultural expression, ultimately earning her the Black History Month Award in Toronto in 2013. Shireen holds both a B.A. and M.A. in Dance Studies from York University and is a skilled instructor in Bollywood Dance, Belly Dance, Zumba®, and Strong by Zumba®. She teaches people of all ages and abilities across the GTA, aiming to inspire energy, joy, and confidence in each of her students, regardless of their fitness or dance background.

Alex, originally from Ecuador, has been passionate about sports from a young age, with a particular love for martial arts. His dedication and skill earned him recognition as the best athlete at university, provincial, and national levels, culminating in his achievement as a Pan-American champion. With 14 years of martial arts experience and 8 years as a coach, Alex has trained athletes of all levels, from beginners to advanced. He holds a master’s degree in personal training and sports coaching and is a firm believer in lifelong learning. This commitment took him to China, where he spent three years training with the Zhejiang University of Technology’s kung fu team. Now based in Toronto, Alex is further enhancing his expertise by studying Fitness and Health Promotion at Centennial College, combining his extensive sports knowledge with a focus on coaching and wellness.
