Q&A Session
Join Zahra in a 30-minute online Q&A session dedicated to holistic wellness and empowerment. These interactive Q&A sessions offer a unique chance to delve into personal, group, life, and nutrition coaching. Participants are invited to think of questions ahead of time, actively participate during the session, and submit their inquiries in advance via a provided Google Docs link.
BALANCE, STRENGTH, STRETCH, RELAX

Balance exercises are important for being strong and stable as it is required for everything, we do such as bending, walking, running, or even getting up from a chair. Such exercises can strengthen the core, lower back, and leg muscles that can help maintain the right balance to prevent falls.
Studies have shown that strength training can rebuild muscle in people 50 to 90 years old. Each workout helps with metabolism for 3 days even after the workout to reduce fat, blood pressure, improve fat breakdown, resist diabetes, increase bone density and regain strength. Furthermore, strength training leads to benefit cognitive performance such as learning, memory and mental health.
Stretching helps to improve flexibility, range of motion and decrease risk of injury. The aging processes can result in loss of flexibility due to loss of water in tissues and spine.
Relaxation techniques are a great way to decrease everyday stress as it affects the mind and body to reduce the risk of heart attacks, stroke, depression and anxiety.
